In the near future, we will be offering 6-12 week virtual classes on exercise- and fitness-related topics that can be signed up for and access online for a small fee from the convenience of your home or workplace.
What better way to start the rest of your life than armed with all the information you need to make fitness and good health an integral part of your daily life. How well and how long you live is really up to you!
